What exactly does Equalise Health do?

How do we know this will have a long-term impact?

Equalise is designed for repeat use across year groups and academic cycles. Follow-up testing shows progress, highlights changes in wellbeing and helps staff measure the impact of their interventions. Over time, schools build a legacy of consistent, evidence-based support.

How much work is required from staff?

Very little. Our qualified coaches run the full process, bring all equipment, manage pupil flow and deliver the assessments. Staff simply provide a space and a timetable. We designed the programme to integrate smoothly into the school day with minimal disruption.

How is pupil data protected and who can access it?

All data collected through Equalise Health is handled in full compliance with UK GDPR and strict safeguarding standards. We only collect the minimum information required for wellbeing insights, and all data is securely encrypted in transit and at rest. Pupil information is never shared with third parties, and access is restricted to authorised school staff and the Equalise delivery team. Schools retain full ownership of their data, and parents can request access or removal at any time. Our systems and processes are regularly reviewed to ensure privacy, security and compliance.

Will teachers understand the data and know what to do next?

Yes. Insights are presented in clear, visual dashboards with straightforward explanations. We also offer ongoing support to help staff interpret results, plan interventions and track progress — we don’t test and walk away.
